At MAIA, all the Villas are identical 1 bedroom, 1 separate outdoor pavilion and a private, infinity-edged pool. All enjoy luxury air-conditioned bedrooms with an inter-leading bathroom with walk-in shower, dual vanity, and a glorious outdoor, double sunken bath tub. The maximum number of occupancy per Villa is 2 adults, 1 child up to 12 years old in an extra bed, and 1 child up to 18 years old in an extra bed.

They are all located either on the beach or on the hilltop with a unique perspective of the secluded coastline and sparkling Indian Ocean, while some enjoy direct access to the soft white sands of Anse Louis beach. Linked easily through garden walkways. The Signature Villas on the beach are ideal for families or larger groups that prefer to be nearby to each other.
The 13 Ocean Panoramic Villas are situated on a hillcrest, offering wide views over the surrounding natural habitat and ocean.
