**The Villa has been designed and built with different levels of spaces and a significant number of steps which may be an inconvenience to some Guests or their invitees with reduced mobility, small children and infants.
It is recommended that children be supervised at all times while in the pool area or making use of the facility as we do not provide a lifeguard at the property.
It is therefore, highly recommended that the customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
The Villa encompasses over 2400 square meters of built area and includes 6 guest bedrooms, three of which are individual stand-alone buildings with their own private pool. Additional features include a wine cellar, gym, massage pavilion, games room & bar as well as the longest swimming pool in the Seychelles at 49 meters. The villa can accommodate up to 12 adult guests whose needs will be taken care of by a personal butler as well as a dedicated team, including a Private Chef.
