Booking must be made 2 days in advance
Subject to weather conditions. If it rains the activity shall be cancelled
Suitable for adults and children aged 4 years & above.
Children should be accompanied by their parents.
Pregnant women are not allowed to zipline.
Guests are requested to arrive at the location 30 minutes prior to their trip to get kitted up and briefed.
Dress Code: Sports Wear (e.g. short pants, long pants, leggings) and comfortable shoes, preferably sport shoes.
Guests are to adhere to all instructions, rules and regulations at all times.
No loose hanging clothes may be worn such as scarves, dresses etc.
Long hair must be tied back.
Jewelry worn at own risk.
Be sure to empty your pockets before activities.
No individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the facilities.
SMAC ADVENTURES employees reserve the right to refuse access to anyone not obeying these conditions.

Cancelation Policy

As courtesy to other guests, any cancellation should be communicated to us 4 hours before a scheduled booking.
Cancelations made less than 4 hours a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.
If we are not informed of a cancellation, full price will be charged for the guests own account
